VWS MEMSEP role: General turn key contractor for both civil and technology parts
Treatment lines:
- UPCORE demineralization plant for steam boiler feed with a nominal capacity 210 m3/h
- Cooling water make up with a capacity 1400 m3/h
- Condensate treatment with a capacity 1200 m3/h.
Pretreatment of river raw water: Veolia Water Solutions & Technologies patentedhigh rate Actiflo® clarifiers
Project delivery time : 12 months from the contract signature, put into operation in 2009
VWS MEMSEP scope was system design, delivery and assembly of the greenfield process water plant.
Water pre-treatment - Actiflo® clarifier type APW3followed by 3 demineralization lines working on pressurised sand filtration system and Catex filters, Anex filters and mixed bed filters.
Cooling water treatment plant -4 high rate clarifiers Actiflo® APW4. Labe river is the raw water source.
The whole project was completed in very short time i.e. in less than 12 months.
